JACOPO PETRUCCI

Jacopo Petrucci begins the study of piano at the age of 7 with Prof. Mara Morelli at “Conservatorio A. Casella” in L’Aquila, where he graduated in the AY 2016/2017 with 10/10 cum laude and honorable mention, under the guidance of Prof. Orazio Maione. From 2017 he attends an advanced course at “Scuola di musica di Fiesole”, in the class of Prof. Andrea Lucchesini. He had masterclasses with important musicians: Benedetto Lupo, Klaus Kaufmann, Enrico Stellini, Franco Medori, David Canals Gòmez. In 2018 he took part in the summer masterclasses at “Mozarteum” in Salzburg. He came out prizewinner in several international competitions: XIV Young musicians competition “Città di Viterbo”, IV International piano competition “Pietro Iadeluca”, XII International piano competition “Lia Tortora”, VII International piano competition “Città di San Donà di Piave”, XIV Piano prize “Sergio Cafaro”. Recently he played Beethoven Concerto op. 37 with the students’ orchestra of “Conservatorio A. Casella”.
