ANTIAN JIANG

Antian Jiang is the youngest recipient of Royal Conservatory of Music Examinations (Licentiate Diploma-at age10, ARCT-at age 9) who currently studies with Dr. Michael Esch. Her repertoire includes Bach’s WTC Book I, the Goldberg Variations. In 2020 she has won both solo and ensemble divisions of the Beethoven 250th anniversary competition, hosted by the Global; the Outstanding Chinese Artists Association (GOCAA) Intl; has been featured at OYMI concerts series, VPAN young artist showcase; and has been giving regular free piano lessons via zoom. From 2018 to 2019 she presented full length, professional recitals across south of Ontario; performed at Carnegie Hall, Steinway Hall at New York , NEC and Berklee at Boston; was recognized with the “2019 Excellence in Music Award” from the City of Markham; was elected to participate in the Fifth Canadian Chopin Competition, junior division; was accepted on full scholarship to Morningside Music Bridge program; and won the Pianist Contract Award from GOCAA.
